The purpose of the work is to develop recommendations for ensuring gas safety during the operation of gas extraction units VMCG-7M of the extraction section 2 of the northern bench of the central panel of block 11 of PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE». As a result of the work, the need to use isolated methane removal from the produced space 2 of the northern bench of the central panel of block 11 of the d4 layer beyond the excavation area was substantiated. "Recommendations for ensuring gas safety during the operation of the VMCG-7M gas suction unit of the excavation site 2 of the northern bench of the central panel of block 11" were developed. The "Project of isolated removal of methane from the produced space 2 of the northern bench of the central panel of block 11 outside the excavation site by pipeline using gas-suction fans VMCG-7M" provided by PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE» was approved, subject to the implementation of the developed recommendations for ensuring safety during operation of gas suction units.
