The purpose of the work is to develop recommendations for ensuring the gas safety of the excavation site 2 of the northern bench of the central panel of block 11 PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE» when using a reverse flow ventilation scheme, type 1-M. Research methods - generalization and analysis of results, methods of mathematics. statistics, calculations according to standard methods. As a result of the work, the mining-geological and mining-technical characteristics, schemes and parameters of ventilation of the workings of the excavation site 2 of the northern bench of the central panel of block 11 of PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE» were analyzed. "Recommendations for ensuring gas safety of excavation site 2 of the northern bench of the central panel of block 11 of layer d4 when using a reverse flow ventilation scheme of type 1-M" were developed. The application of the reverse flow type 1-M, the ventilation scheme of the excavation area 2 of the northern bench of the central panel of block 11 of the d4 layer, the calculation of the air flow required for its ventilation, and the maximum permissible load on the cleaning outcrop according to the gas factor, subject to the implementation of the developed recommendations, were agreed regarding ensuring gas safety.
