The main objectives of the research: To substantiate the importance of effective risk management in the export activities of Ukrainian furniture enterprises, taking into account modern economic and political challenges. To identify the main factors influencing the development of the export potential of the furniture industry of Ukraine. To analyze the current state of the furniture industry in Ukraine and identify problems and challenges facing enterprises. To develop methodological recommendations to ensure effective risk management associated with export activities. To substantiate the need to use modern risk management tools, such as digital technologies and automated systems. As a result of a theoretical study of the importance of risk management in export activities, it was determined that enterprises need a comprehensive approach to risk management. The main factors influencing the export potential of the furniture industry of Ukraine were identified. An analysis of the current state of the furniture industry was conducted and the main problems that hinder its development were identified. Methodological recommendations for risk management were developed, which include risk assessment, development of a strategy for their minimization and the use of modern tools for risk analysis and monitoring. The need to implement modern risk management tools, such as digital technologies and automated risk monitoring and forecasting systems, is substantiated.
