The object of the study is the method of determining the dependent dynamic parameters of synthesized iron-containing nanoparticles; processes of obtaining magnetic nanoparticles. The purpose of the work is to increase the accuracy of laboratory studies of blood coagulation factors and fibrinolysis using the developed magneto-optical method and the efficiency of the technology of obtaining them from blood plasma by using synthesized iron-containing nanoparticles. Research methods: magneto-optical analysis; chemical synthesis; magnetic separation; photometric; coagulological; statistical. The following results were obtained: synthesis of iron-containing nanoparticles with sizes of 50-500 nm; developed conditions for their covalent conjugation with biospecific ligands using water soluble carbodiimides; their physical and chemical properties were investigated; their influence on the activity of blood clotting factors and fibrinolysis was determined; it has been confirmed that MNPs can be suitable for the analysis of blood clotting factors and fibrinolysis, for the modernization of technological schemes for the isolation of protein factors of blood plasma by the method of magnetic affinity chromatography and the rapid removal of virus-inactivating substances in the process of creating new bioanalytical methods for clinical diagnostics and therapeutic hemostatic materials.
