Objective: improving early intervention by developing a system of psychological support and accompanying early intervention specialists and teams to provide services in war conditions. Methods: “Differential Emotions Scale” by K. Izard, questionnaire “Assessment of the needs of early intervention specialists”. Results: a system of psychological support for early intervention specialists was developed with the inclusion of elements of trauma-informed and reflective practices, the substantive and operational components of psychological support for specialists providing early intervention services during war are described. Novelty: For the first time, it is proposed to use a transdisciplinary model of teamwork as a space for collective healing with the inclusion of trauma-informed and reflective practices. Efficacy: the use of technology allows you to prevent emotional burnout, secondary trauma, and mental health disorders in early intervention specialists in wartime conditions when working with families who have young children with disabilities and at risk of developmental disorders.
