Beketov national university of urban economy in Kharkiv popup.description1 Researching the possibilities of using three-dimensional models of buildings to improve the process of urban reconstruction popup.description2 The research focused on analyzing modern platforms and technologies for monitoring damage and restoring objects in Ukraine caused by the war. The main emphasis was placed on tools that facilitate the documentation of destruction, spatial analysis, and support for restoration processes. The integration of data, methods for creating cartographic models, and the use of analytical platforms were examined. Among the platforms, the key tool was ArcGIS Online, which demonstrates the ability to create multi-layered models and visualize information. Its integration with Microsoft Excel allows for quick data updates and the creation of real-time maps, which is especially useful for analysts and government agencies. Another important resource is the Registry of Damaged Property, which ensures the legal significance of the data and its alignment with official state databases, which is particularly important for international organizations responsible for compensation for damages. Special attention in the research was given to the use of high-precision methods for collecting spatial information, such as laser scanning and photogrammetry. Data processing was carried out using Leica Cyclone Register and Reality Capture software, which allowed achieving incredible detail in 3D models. These models became the foundation for further restoration, carried out through the AES software suite, ensuring the automation of work processes. Photogrammetry proved to be a valuable tool in the restoration of damaged buildings. The methodology involves creating 3D models by analyzing images taken from different angles. The use of specialized algorithms allows for the creation of realistic virtual replicas of objects. These models are used to assess the scale of destruction, plan repairs, and monitor restoration. The integration of artificial intelligence and cloud technologies ensures process automation and improved accuracy. Product Description popup.authors Bielykh Iryna M. Herasymenko Volodymyr V.
