The purpose of the work is to study the development of oxidative stress and functional changes in biological objects, including blood, lymphoma cells, embryonic objects, under the action of modifying factors, in particular, biogenic amine, flavonoid, thiazole, polymers, sodium fluoride. Research methods are biophysical (spectrophotometric, microscopic), biochemical, statistical methods (comparative, dispersion, cluster, factor analysis, survival analysis). The effect of histamine and quercetin, as well as their combined effect on the content of histamine in whole blood, superoxide anion radical, sialic acids, sulfhydryl groups, catalase, glutathione peroxidase, glutathione transferase activity in rat erythrocytes was studied. It was found that the combined effect of exogenous histamine and quercetin mainly increases the amount of endogenous histamine in whole blood, intensifies the formation of superoxide anion radical in erythrocytes, in addition to the action of flavonoid in therapeutic concentrations. The combined effect of the studied compounds leads to an increase in catalase activity in erythrocytes. It was found that complexes based on the thiazole derivative BF1 and polymeric carriers based on PEG at a concentration of 10 μM increase the content of lipid hydroperoxides in lymphoma cells by 29–36% compared to the control. Th4 and Th6 complexes significantly increase the level of TBA-positive products, while Th2 and BF1 do not change the content of secondary products of lipid peroxidation. Sodium fluoride has been shown to inhibit the development of loach embryos and lead to the formation of developmental defects. The addition of 10 μmol/L of PEG-containing carrier to the incubation medium initiates positive changes in the survival of loach embryos and prelarvae.
