Numerical methods of the mechanics of a deformed solid body and, in particular, the method of finite elements and the method of adaptive evolution were used to solve the problems. The results of the proposed provisions are the development of new constructive solutions of building systems taking into account rationalization criteria, material properties and the type of stress-strain state. The developed theoretical provisions were successfully implemented during the restoration (rehabilitation) of residential and hydraulic objects that were damaged as a result of military operations.
