Implementation of the developed "DI" module to URIS and improvement of advanced search. popup.description2  During the implementation of the research project, a comprehensive analysis of the current state of Ukraine's research infrastructure (RI) was conducted to systematize it, develop a classification system, and create a digital tool for data visualization and access. At the initial stage of the study, the regulatory framework governing the functioning of RI in Ukraine was analyzed. Particular attention was paid to provisions related to national heritage objects, the status of state key laboratories, and collective scientific equipment usage centers (CSEUC). Data collection relied on official sources such as institutional websites, registries, and legislative acts. Gaps were identified in the availability and accessibility of information regarding scientific equipment, access conditions, and research outcomes. The second stage of the study involved developing a classification system for RI tailored to Ukrainian realities based on European approaches, specifically ESFRI. This classification system considers the thematic focus of research, technical capabilities, accessibility, and functional features of RI. Special emphasis was placed on creating a classifier for scientific equipment based on its functionality and sectoral specialization for integration into the URIS system. The study identified key challenges, including the lack of data harmonization on RI due to varying approaches to its creation, low levels of information availability on institutional websites, and the absence of legislative definitions for mapping standards.
