The object of the study is closed bent and bent-welded steel reinforcing profiles. The subject of the study is the operational characteristics, material consumption and technological aspects of manufacturing steel profiles of various types. Information on implementation: the results of the research work were transferred to the customer - PP "DANVIS" according to the acceptance and transfer certificate dated "20" December 2024. The work performed satisfied the customer. The results of the work can be useful in practical activities for the development and planning of the production of reinforcing bent profiles for certain window systems, the selection of wall thickness depending on the loads. Given the current requirements of martial law, the wall thicknesses of the profiles must take into account the presence of impulse and explosive loads. The results can be useful in the educational process when teaching in educational programs in the following areas: 13 Mechanical Engineering = G Engineering, Production and Construction, namely 136 = G10 Metallurgy and 131 = G9 Applied Mechanics.
