Was focused in the work on the new method of vapor-phase microextraction into the reactor proposed by us. Previously, the extraction phase was kept at the end of the microsyringe needle, which resulted in many problems: the microdrop was held very unstable, its volume was constantly changing, and in addition, the volume of the drop was limited to 1-3 μl, which made this approach incompatible with the methods of spectrophotometry and luminescence. The proposed method is based on the fact that the compounds to be determined are placed in a closed vessel, after which they either directly or after conversion into volatile derivatives pass into the gas phase, and from there into the absorbing solution, which is placed in a reactor in the gas phase above the donor phase solution. This method was first combined with an optical probe, with luminescence methods, gas chromatography and showed advantages in the determination of organic compounds and a number of inorganic compounds. Simple and highly sensitive methods for the determination of a number of inorganic anions et. other have been developed. The processes of sorption of dimercaptothiopyrones on conventional and modified sorbents have been studied, and the composition of the membranes of optical and electrochemical sensors has been selected and optimized. For the purpose of targeted selection of organic reagents, quantum-chemical calculations of protonation sites and formation energy of IA and aggregates of organic dyes were carried out. All stages of development of methods of concentration and determination ended with the development of specific methods of analysis of hydroobjects.
