Head Buiskykh Alla V., Доктор історичних наук Registration Date 07-01-2025 Organization National Historical and Archaeological Preserve "Olbia" of National Ukrainian Academy of Sciences popup.description1 The main purpose of the scientific and research work “Museumification of non-movement objects from Olbia and studying of cultural and historical development of her chora” is dealing with finishing of scientific passports about the monumental buildings that were excavated for more than hundred years in Terrace and Lower City: NGF (1910-1911, 1948, 2001), NG (1935-1940, 1946), NGTs (1967-1970), NGS (1985-2006), T, T-1 (1983-1984), T-2 (1985), T-3 (1996-2012), T-4 (started from 2018) togetherwithan analytic summarizing of their building history. This work is pursuing a goal for creation of modern museumification of the excavated objects and writing of their scientific passports. The scientific and researchworkforesees the further complexation of the museum and deposit collections, their scientific process. This work – isthe necessary specification for archaeological site’s protection, research and filling up the data base of Ukrainian Museum Foundation; it underlines the value of Olbian collection as the object of Ukrainian National heritage. In the frames of the research work the National Preserve “Olbia” brings back its traditional and priority direction since 1930th in the archaeological researching of sites at the territory of Olbia chora and studying of the actual historical problems connected with her research. popup.description2  The completed research work is devoted to the scientific certification of structures discovered over more than a hundred years in the Terraced and Lower Towns of Olbia: sections of the NGF (1910-1911, 1948, 2001), NG (1935-1940, 1946), NGC (1967-1970), NGSy (1985), NGSs (1985-2006), T, T-1 (1983-1984), T-2 (1985), T-3 (1996-2012), T-4 (started in 2018). Scientific passports of structures provide for their registration according to a single scheme that determines the most attractive structures for exhibition and records the current state of their preservation for the development of tourist routes around the ancient settlement. A Corresponding Member of the NAS of Ukraine S.D developed a single methodological approach to creating a scientific register of immovable objects of archaeological monuments. Kryzhytsky has proven its practical effectiveness over the previous years of research on the monuments of the Upper City of Olbia. An important component of the research is the continuation of the collection, accounting, and scientific processing of many thousands of collections stored in the scientific funds of the National Archaeological Museum. The systematic processing of the materials of the fund storage aims to cover the largest possible number of archaeological finds for scientific processing and constant involvement in scientific circulation; it allows the introduce modern accounting of museum exhibits and use them in museum-exhibition and educational, including exhibition work.
