During the second stage of the project the databases of remote diagnostics of the ionosphere at the UAS using the techniques of vertical and oblique ionospheric sounding, as well as radioscopy by signals emitted by satellites of GNSS were supplemented. The algorithms for detecting the variations in ionospheric parameters associated with propagation of atmospheric gravity waves (AGW) and travelling ionospheric disturbances (TID) caused by them, as well as planetary waves, have been updated. Testing the operation of the Multipoint continuous Doppler sounding system developed at the Institute of Atmospheric Physics of the Czech Academy of Sciences for quasi-vertical diagnostics of AGW/TID in the oblique diagnostics variant were conducted. Namely, spectrograms of low-power monochromatic HF signals of the system at a distance of about 300 km from the transmitters (registered at the PL610 LOFAR observatory in Borowiec) were obtained. A comprehensive analysis of the impact of processes in the neutral atmosphere at tropospheric and stratospheric heights on the ionospheric plasma was carried out using data accumulated at the UAS, namely, a statistical analysis of changes in the morphology of diurnal variations in the ionosphere over the Antarctic Peninsula in summer (Weddell Sea anomaly) during sudden stratospheric warming in the Northern Hemisphere. A correlation analysis of the data of the Novatel GSV4004B GPS/GISTM receiver of the CHAIN system (The Canadian High Arctic Ionospheric Network) with variations in the parameters of Schumann resonances recorded by induction magnetometers at the UAS was carried out.
