The purpose of the work is to increase the effectiveness of diagnosis of immune-mediated disorders in patients with TB after having experienced COVID-19 in order to establish the impact of coronavirus infection on the immunopathogenesis of the tuberculosis process. Methods – clinical, immunological, statistical. It was established that prolonged exposure to Sars-CV-2 on the immune system of patients with TB is associated with hyperactivation of the T-cell link of immunity with a shift towards T-helper, an increase in the number of killer T-cell absolute amounts of B lymphocytes by almost 2 times, and increased their functional activity; reducing the resistance of the body by reducing the level of Ig A and CIC, inhibition of the phagocytic level of immunity; an increase in the absolute number of granulocytes and monocytes of blood, an increase in GLR almost three times; reducing the number of patients with high ESR by almost 15.0 % and high levels of leukocytes by almost 40.0 %; increasing GGT levels, indirect bilirubin and a decrease in the amount of total protein that indicates a distorted hyper-inflammatory synergistic state with low immune potential, which leads to a significant increase in severity COVID-19 incidence, increased cough frequency and hospital patient stay. A technology has been developed to determine the criteria for violations of the body’s immune resistance in case of co-infection with SARS-CoV-2 and pulmonary tuberculosis based on the level of indicators of the lymphocytic, humoral and phagocytic links of immunity in peripheral blood, which allows to reveal the mechanisms of the development of immunological disorders, to assess their degree, and therefore to prescribe an immunocorrective drug in a timely manner therapy to increase the effectiveness of treatment of such patients. Field of application – phthisiology, immunology. Product Description popup.authors Budonna Maryna P. Zhadan Viktoriia M. Matviienko Yuliia O. Panasiukova Oksana R. Rekalova Olena M.
