Development of a methodology and software package for computer simulation of magnetron discharge plasma parameters at different values of gas pressure and magnitude of magnetic field induction. Determination of optimal parameters for the formation of clusters (including various metals) in magnetron plasma. popup.description2 The research work is aimed at studying the physical features of the plasma state of electric gas discharges that interact with the surface of modern composite materials. The project involves experimental studies of thermal plasma of electric arc discharges between composite materials used as contacts of switching devices in systems of various degrees of loading; underwater electric spark discharges for generating colloidal solutions with nanoparticles of two metals in order to combine the additive properties of each material, which are widely used in medicine, agro-industry, biology, etc.; and magnetron discharges for sputtering thin films to meet the needs of micro- and nanoelectronics. Computer modeling of the formation of clusters of metals of two types in a plasma flow in a magnetron channel is provided for the purpose of studying the influence of various components in the composition of the target, the magnitude of the magnetic field, gas pressure and channel geometry on the concentration and size of clusters. The purpose of the scientific project is to study physical processes in gas discharge plasma (arc, magnetron and underwater spark) in its interaction with the latest two-component composite materials based on copper. Development of a methodology and a software package for computer modeling of magnetron discharge plasma parameters at different gas pressure values and magnetic field induction values. Determination of optimal parameters for the formation of clusters (including different metals) in magnetron plasma.  Product Description popup.authors Ivanisik Anatolii I. Boretskyi Viacheslav F.
