The second objective of this work is to develop laser accelerators of monoenergetic electron bunches of femtosecond duration, including as an injector a laser plasma accelerator, and as an accelerating system  dielectric structures in the form of diffraction gratings and a flat plate. As a result of the carried out works the recommendations on creation of the compact laser accelerators based on application of powerful CPA of laser systems will be made. popup.description2  The works were carried out to repair and modernize the vacuum pumping system of the electron accelerator "Almaz-2"; repair of the high-voltage modulator circuit of the generator "Rubin"; the ventilation system of the generator "Rubin" was developed and manufactured, which makes it possible to reduce humidity, which minimizes the possibility of high-voltage breakdown at a microwave magnetron supply voltage of 25 kV; the power supply circuit of the electron gun of the accelerator "Almaz-2" was repaired and modernized, an electron beam with a current of 1.5 A was obtained. Work continued on the repair and modernization of the "Volna" installation. The current conductivity of the cables supplying the coils of the magnetic system was increased and became satisfactory with the nominal value. The water cooling system was restored. The forevacuum system was restored. The fore-balloon, automatic valve were connected and a connection was developed for its connection to the system. The chips of several supply cables were resoldered under the new connectors of the VIT-2 vacuum gauges. The cables to the VIT-1 and VIT-2 devices were checked for operability and restored. The vacuum gauges were checked and calibrated. Computer simulation of laser wake acceleration of plasma electrons was carried out to obtain electron beams with the necessary kinetic energy for their further acceleration in a dielectric laser accelerator. According to the results of numerical simulation of the plasma electron source using a femtosecond laser system with a power of 1 TW, an electron bunch with an energy from 120 to 555 keV, an angular separation of up to 540 mrad and a charge of 81 fC was obtained. At a power of 6 TW, a series of at least 6 self-injected electron bunches with energies up to 8.6 MeV and angular separation from 200 to 700 mrad was obtained. The total charge of electrons with energies from 4.5 to 5 MeV was 1.83 pC. The energy spread of the self-injected electron bunches was about 60%. Product Description popup.authors Vasiliev Andrii V.
