Results were evaluated using multivariate statistical methods such as cluster analysis, comprehensive factor analysis, and partial least squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA). PLS-DA identified chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, and ferulic acid as the main components influencing the phenolic acid content in the plants.
