Aim – reduce the negative impact of the war on the tuberculosis epidemic situation in Ukraine. Methods: mathematical, statistical. A positive trend toward a decrease in TB epidemiologic indicators in 2018–2020 and a negative trend toward an increase in morbidity, individual mortality rates, and prevalence in 2022-2023 was revealed. The incidence among contacts, children, mortality in individual administrations, increased significantly. territories (by 1/3–3/4); regional indicators of morbidity, mortality, prevalence of TB correlate. In 2018–2023, the detection of TB decreased under prof. examinations, fluorographic examination, tuberculin diagnostics (2-4 times), vaccination of children, detection of new cases (NC) +RTB by smear, prof. treatment in contacts. In 2022, the % of cured: TB+RTB decreased (13.4 vs. 28.1–22.3), TB and RTB+HIV (11.3 vs. 18.1), among men (13.4 vs. 23.1). In separate territories, the % of dead, unsuccessfully treated, lost to follow-up, transferred to category 4 increased. In 2021, the percentage of people cured of RifTB, MDR-TB, XDR-TB decreased (40.2 vs. 45.5); the % of cured patients decreased (30.7 vs. 40.2) and the % of interrupted treatment increased (16.7 vs. 10.9) in patients with RifTB, MDR-TB, MDR-TB+HIV. Criteria for assessing the epidemic state of TB during the war were developed, which include the dynamics of TB incidence rates and of the activity of the anti-tuberculosis service (fluorography, tuberculin diagnostics, detection of TB during professional examinations, professional vaccination of children in the first year of life, detection of NC and RTB by swab, prof. treatment of contacts), which is the basis for the development of organizational measures, the implementation of which care will allow the epidemic situation with TB to be brought under control. The field of application is phthisiology. Product Description popup.authors Arefieva Liudmyla V. Bushura Iryna V. Lynnyk Mykola I. Nikiforova Liudmyla H. Novozhilova Iryna O. Pereverzeva Liudmyla M.
