The concentration phase diagram of the metamagnetic alloy Ni50Mn50-xSbx was plotted; it is shown that the addition of Sb leads to the competition between ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic interaction of atoms, which causes magnetic phase transitions of these alloys. On the example of the Ni50Fe19Co4Ga27 alloy, it is shown that due to twinning, the value of the martensitic transformation temperature determined by dynamic mechanical analysis can differ by more than 10 degrees compared to calorimetry data. An alternative method of creating a surface acoustic wave (SAW) insulator based on a ferromagnet - nonmagnetic - ferromagnet - piezoelectric heterostructure in the spin-flop state, provided by non-collinear anisotropy of ferromagnetic layers, is demonstrated; the method has the advantage of a simpler technology of structure manufacturing. The nonlinear magnon-magnon and phonon-magnon scattering under the excitation of SAW in the GaN/CoFeB heterostructure are observed and explained. Product Description popup.authors Verba Roman V.
