The primary goal of creating the platform was to ensure effective systematization and visualization of information about Ukraine's scientific resources, allowing users to filter data and view detailed information about the entities. The platform is significant for increasing the efficiency of scientific equipment usage, particularly by enabling precise selection of resources for specific research tasks. One of the key results is the integration of the platform with the Science Registries Portal of Ukraine, which ensures transparent access to data about research infrastructures and fosters collaboration between scientific institutions. The web platform also implements a mechanism for collecting data in the "URIS" System regarding damaged research infrastructure, allowing for the assessment of the scale of destruction and coordinating restoration efforts. The development of the CKKNO (Center for Coordination of Scientific Initiatives) service module was an important step toward improving coordination of scientific projects and supporting the effective exchange of resources among institutions. All the achieved results contribute to the development of Ukraine's scientific infrastructure, enabling research institutions to adapt to changes arising from crisis situations and ensuring the continuity of scientific research. Thus, the results of this work create a powerful digital tool for optimizing the use of scientific resources, integrating with international systems, and monitoring the state of research infrastructure in Ukraine.
