Object of research – aqueous solutions of hydrogen peroxide The aim of the work is to determine the quality of an aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide obtained by electrochemical method through persulfuric acid. To solve the set goal, the following tasks are defined in the work: – to develop a method for determining the appearance; – to develop a standardized method for determining the mass fraction of hydrogen peroxide; – to determine the mass fraction of acids; – to determine the mass concentration of the non-volatile residue; – to determine the arsenic content. – to develop a standard of the State Enterprise “KYIVSTANDARTMETROLOGY” for determining the quality of an aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide obtained by electrochemical method through persulfuric acid Research methods – physical and chemical. The study was conducted on the basis of the scientific and testing laboratory of the State Enterprise “KYIVSTANDARTMETROLOGY”. The developed methodology applies to aqueous solutions of hydrogen peroxide obtained by electrochemical method through persulfuric acid (medical and technical grade A) and by an organic method based on liquid-phase oxidation of isopropyl alcohol (technical grade B).
