Object of research – perfumery products The purpose of the work is to determine the odor stability, transparency, mass fraction of fragrant substances in perfumery alcohol products, which are used as flavoring, hygienic and refreshing products. To achieve the goal, the following tasks are defined in the work: – to develop a methodology for determining organoleptic indicators of perfumery products; – determining the sum of the mass fraction of fragrant substances; – to develop a standard of the State Enterprise “KYIVSTANDARTMETROLOGY” for odor stability, transparency, mass fraction of fragrant substances in perfumed alcohol products used as flavoring, hygienic and refreshing products. Research methods – organoleptic, physicochemical. The research was conducted on the basis of the scientific and testing laboratory of the State Enterprise “KYIVSTANDARTMETROLOGY”. The developed methodology applies to alcohol-containing perfumed liquid products used as flavoring, hygienic and refreshing products.
