Objective of the Work: Verification of numerical modeling algorithms for aerothermogasdynamic processes to promptly determine aerodynamic, thermal, and dynamic loads on RST under various operational conditions and conduct related research. Research Methods: Computational methods in gas dynamics, hydraulics, and dynamics. The numerical modeling algorithms for thermogasdynamic and hydraulic processes, as well as aerodynamic, thermal, and dynamic loads in RST systems, were verified in the following areas: - supersonic aerodynamics of the launch vehicle (LV), considering air intake devices, wings, stabilization and control mechanisms, and body rotation around its axis; - hydraulic and thermogasdynamic processes in control jet engines systems with various thrust characteristics using traditional and advanced fuels; - effects of rarefied jet flows on the external atmosphere of spacecraft and aerodynamic loads on their surfaces; - dynamic loads on the main stages of LV with active control systems during the active phases of flight trajectories, accounting for dynamic and aerodynamic disturbances. For each of these four areas, relevant studies were conducted using verified numerical modeling algorithms to solve tasks selected and formulated in the previous stages of the work. The results obtained in the fourth stage of the work will be used for research in the next stage. This research is a continuation of work on topics carried out at the ITM NASU and the SSAU from 2006 to 2020. The results of the work are intended for use in the rocket and space industry.
