Purpose: to develop approaches to the complex treatment of combined radiation skin injuries occurring in military condition, using bone marrow mesenchymal stromal cells and pharmacological agents on improved synthetic bases. Research methods and equipment: radiobiological, clinical, statistical. Equipment: X-ray unit Faxitron MultiRad 225, universal dosimeter UNIDOS-E, ionization chamber TM 30013 Theoretical and practical results: the experimental models of combined radiation injury in rats with the different sizes back skin wound were developed under conditions of the total whole body irradiation at sublethal doses 5,5 Gy and 6,2 Gy and local irradiation of the thigh at a dose 50 Gy. It was determined that the mortality of rats with combined radiation injury with total whole body irradiation increased almost 2 times depending on the radiation dose and the skin wound size and the wound healing delayed for more than two weeks. At the same time, under the local irradiation of the thigh the healing of the back skin wound (unirradiated body part) in rats with combined radiation injury was delayed for 10–12 days compared to unirradiated rats. Novelty: for the first time, the characteristics of mortality and skin wound healing in developed models of combined radiation skin injury in rats depending on the irradiation conditions (total and/or local irradiation), radiation dose and skin wound size was established. The field of use: radiobiology. Product Description popup.authors Danyliuk Svitlana V. Leonova Iryna O. Mamatkulova Zulfiia A. Mamatkulova Tetiana M. Maslennikova Olena L. Neniukova Olena V.
