The purpose of the work is to identify trends and patterns of development of economic relations at the level of public, corporate and personal finances that arise as a result of the spread of digital innovative technologies, scientific substantiation, and development of a strategy for ensuring economic security in the context of stimulating innovative development and simultaneous implementation of transparency tools. The research methods are system-structural modeling, structural-dynamic analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, and scenario forecasting. Based on the conducted research, the following scientific results were obtained: 1) the parameters of the digital multi-level model of transparency of financial and economic relations at different levels were identified; 2) a significant positive impact of the use of various digital tools for ensuring financial transparency on the level of innovative development of the country and the level of national economic security has been established; 3) a set of forecast scenarios for the implementation of a digital multi-level model of transparency of financial and economic relations has been developed, which includes optimistic, pessimistic and realistic scenarios; 4) conceptual principles for the implementation of a digital multi-level model of transparency of financial and economic relations have been formed, their key elements have been identified, including: the construction of a multi-level digital infrastructure, which includes state monitoring platforms, corporate internal control systems and personalized financial management tools for citizens Product Description popup.authors Biloshapka Viktoriia А.
