Technological schemes for controlling atmospheric parameters in mining operations during the isolation of emergency areas have been developed to increase the safety level of mining facilities and recommendations for eliminating the consequences of accidents and preventing their spread. Methodological recommendations for calculating the parameters of multilayer seismic protection blocks for above-ground structures and a methodology for predicting zones of geological disturbance in a coal massif have been developed. Technical solutions, schemes for ensuring the stability and isolation of dual-purpose underground structures, and methodological guidelines for the construction of storage chambers in underground facilities with explosion and fire hazards have been developed. Methodological guidelines have been developed for the selection of fastenings for working connections and the calculation of their parameters, as well as the assessment of the technical condition of dual-purpose underground structures with typical recommendations for its improvement. Scientific significance consists in obtaining new knowledge in the field of geomechanics of the system "massif - constructions - support" taking into account external seismic actions and thermogasodynamics of the massif. The practical significance lies in the development of highly effective technical and technological solutions and the corresponding regulatory and methodological framework for the fastening, protection, technical diagnostics and restoration of underground structures of various, including dual, purposes.
