BIOLOGICAL TISSUES, HIGH-ENERGY HIGH-FREQUENCY CURRENT PULSES, ELECTROPORATION, ONCOLOGY. The object of scientific research is the processes that occur in biological tissues of various types when exposed to high-energy pulses of high-frequency current. The purpose of the work is to obtain new knowledge and issue recommendations for the improvement and development of new algorithms of work, improvement of technological indicators of processes, equipment and tools for welding and processing of living tissues in medicine. Research methods and list of equipment: equipment for generating high-power pulsed RF signals and their supply to biological tissues of various types; histological studies of the structures of biological tissues under the influence of high-frequency current; methods of computer multiphysics modeling; modern methods of statistical processing of the experimental data obtained. As a result of the work performed, new knowledge was obtained regarding the improvement and improvement of technologies, equipment, tools for welding and processing of living tissues in medical practice. A new energy-saving pulse algorithm for the supply of high-frequency energy pulses during welding of living tissues has been created. It provides a high strength of the connection of living tissues and creates a scientific basis for the design of an autonomous RF generator for electrosurgery. In laboratory conditions, the developed algorithm showed significant advantages: reduction of the thermal impact zone, positive effect on the structure of the obtained welded joints, increase in the range of exposure energy regulation. Positive results were obtained in the development of new medical techniques for welding the dura mater, tendons, ligature-free operations on the thyroid gland, one-stage annular anastomoses of the small intestine.
