Fatty acid composition of cow's milk under the influence of organic feed mixture made on the basis of humic acids. Object of research – raw whole milk The aim of the work was to determine the change in the fatty acid composition of cow's milk under the influence of humic acids. To solve the set goal, the following tasks were defined in the work: – to compare the fatty acid composition of cow's milk after adding an organic feed mixture based on humic acids to the diet; – to determine the ratio of fatty acids in cow's milk under the influence of humic acids. Research methods – gas chromatography The study was conducted on the basis of the scientific and testing laboratory of the State Enterprise “KYIVOBLSTANDARTMETROLOGY”. The fatty acid composition of milk was determined by gas-liquid chromatography after fat separation according to DSTU ISO 1211-2002 “Milk. Gravimetric method for determining fat content” [1].
