Research methods are experimental, morphometric, biochemical, statistical. Equipment – ​​spectrophotometer UV mini-1240 Shimadzu, ionometer complete with electrodes ESL-43-07, laboratory scales VLR-200 and electronic analytical balance ESJ-60, centrifuge RS-6. Scientific novelty. Disturbances in the composition and metabolism of the bone tissue of rats with long-term intake of aluminum chloride against the background of a high-sucrose diet or alimentary lipid peroxides were established. In the mucous membrane of the oral cavity, harmful factors caused the development of inflammation and oxidative stress. Long-term intoxication with aluminum led to changes in behavioral reactions in rats, which indicate a violation of memory processes and orientation in space. Prolonged stress reproduced by variable-frequency ultrasound in combination with audible range sound caused liver function disorders in rats: destruction of hepatocytes, cholestasis phenomena, inflammation, disruption of protein-synthetic function, reduction of cholesterol synthesis, oxidative stress. Practical value. The conducted research is a justification for the development and introduction of adaptogens, vitamins, macro- and microelements for the prevention of complications in the dental-jaw, bone and digestive system under the influence of xenobiotics. 10 articles were published (including 3 Scopus), 1 abstract of lectures, 16 theses of reports, 1 technology, 5 reports were made at scientific conferences.
