The fulfillment of the Project has a purpose of creating a terminology and scientific and technical base in the field of welding and related processes in compliance with international and European standards. popup.description2  Analytical and monitoring studies and the development of scientific and applied principles for the promotion of scientific and technical results of the PWI to the global scientific environment, the creation of a terminological and normative-technical base in the field of welding and related processes in accordance with international and European standards, the combination of scientific and technical, financial and material resources for the realization of the country's economic and technological rise for the functioning of industry and regional cluster structures. Comprehensive studies of the state of innovative welding technologies and related processes on the global and Ukrainian markets of welding equipment were conducted, as well as the processes affecting the post-war recovery of Ukrainian industry were determined. In accordance with the international standards ISO, DIN, EN, the harmonization of the modern terminological and normative-technical base (DSTU, TU, etc.) in the field of welding and related processes has been carried out. The possibilities of funding programs from European and international funds in the field of welding, new materials and technologies (Horizon Europe, NSF - National Science Foundation, etc.) were analyzed, projects of the scientific departments of the institute were identified and presented for further implementation. The educational course "Fundamentals of intellectual property" was developed and presented for employees of the PWI, a decision was made to distribute the materials of this course among the scientific employees of the units. An inventory of intellectual property rights as intangible assets was carried out for the period October 1, 2023 - September 30, 2024: a reconciliation of the inventory descriptions with information from the State Registers was performed.
