The subject of the research focuses on the economic and legal determinants of demining efforts in both national and international dimensions. The purpose of the study is to identify and analyze these economic and legal determinants in the context of national and international frameworks. The results: the economic and legal aspects of demining of territories in relation to the state policy in the field of national security are investigated; the international experience of demining of territories is analyzed, the prospects and ways of its implementation in domestic practice during wartime and post-war reconstruction are determined. Based on the research findings, scientific and analytical materials have been prepared. The results are presented in 7 articles published in scientific journals and 10 abstracts of reports in collections of materials of scientific and practical conferences.
