A physical model and a new mechanism for changing the tunnel magnetic capacitance (TMC) in tunnel magnetic contacts with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy of the electrodes were developed. It was shown that in liquid crystals with magnetic nanoparticles, under the action of a magnetic field, a magnetically induced orientation of the liquid crystal director can occur due to the ordering of magnetic nanoparticles in a magnetic field and the deformation ordering of liquid crystal molecules. Schemes for constructing a system based on such liquid crystals with magnetic nanoparticles for recording an inhomogeneous magnetic field have been developed and a patent of Ukraine for the invention has been obtained.
