The purpose of the work is the study of dental morbidity in child athletes under conditions of oxidative stress and the development of a therapeutic and preventive complex for their health during the war period. Research methods are epidemiological, clinical, biochemical, biophysical, optical, statistical. Scientific novelty. An increased prevalence and intensity of dental diseases among child athletes, in particular caries and periodontal diseases, was found. Genotyping of young football players showed that certain genetic polymorphisms are associated with the risk of developing these diseases. Experimentally on rats, it has been proven that irrational nutrition and excessive physical activity increase the risk of caries, bone tissue resorption and disrupt the antimicrobial protection of the oral cavity. It was established that the complex has a hepatoprotective and antioxidant effect, and also contributes to immunostimulation, which is confirmed by an improvement in leukocyte formula indicators and a decrease in the organ index of the liver.
