Registration Date 11-01-2025 Organization State institution «Ukrainian center of maternity and childhood of the National academy of medical sciences of Ukraine» popup.description1 To develop and implement a system of medical and preventive measures for pregnant women with hypertensive disorders who have suffered psychosocial stress popup.description2 Patients with chronic arterial hypertension are characterized by a history of miscarriage (44.0%), and premature birth (40.0%), preeclampsia (50.0%) prevail in women with gestational hypertension. In those examined with hypertensive disorders, pregnancy is most often complicated by fetal distress (20.0%), anemia (36.3%), nausea and vomiting of pregnancy (21.3%), premature birth (23.8%) cases, pregnancy was completed and in 85.0% ended with cesarean section. The 10.0% newborns were born weighing < 1500 g, in 35.0% various complications were diagnosed. After psychometric testing, an increased and high level of anxiety was found in both study groups, and in patients with hypertensive disorders, a high level of both personal and reactive anxiety was found. The frequency of cesarean section is the highest in patients with hypertensive disorders and a high level of anxiety (97.6%), with a significant advantage of urgent - 53.7%. They also have a significant advantage in the frequency of premature birth (34.1%), preeclampsia (29.3%) and increased blood loss (43.9%). Direct correlations of weak and moderate strength were established between anxiety indicators, the condition of the newborn, the development of preeclampsia and the frequency of cesarean section (r = 0.23-0.30, p ≤ 0.05). The Spielberger-Hanin Questionnaires and the Traumatic Event Impact Assessment (IES-R) can be recommended for identifying patients at risk of a complicated pregnancy. The use of the proposed complex of relaxation measures led to a decrease in the frequency of preeclampsia and cesarean section, an increase in sleep duration, preservation of lactation, normalization of blood pressure after childbirth. The novelty of the work lies in the fact that for the first time the relationship between psychosocial stress and the occurrence of gestational hypertensive disorders and its impact on pregnancy outcomes in women with in conditions of military aggression has been determined.
