Among the mentioned heterocyclic systems, particular interest is drawn to compounds containing arylisooxazole, di- or triazacyclopentaazulene, imidazopyridine, imidazotriazepine, 1,3-oxazole, pyrazolothiazolidine, trialolotriazine, pyrimidinetrione, 1,2,4- or 1,3,5-triazine and triazoloazepine cycles, as significant numbers of bio-regulators with various actions have been found within these classes of substances. In addition, imidazole, isoxazole, oxazole, pyrimidine, purine, and others are components of both natural compounds and medicines, while 1,3,5-triazine is also a component of pesticides. Research object: new derivatives of nitrogen-, sulfur-, and oxygen-containing heterocyclic compounds. The purpose of the research: synthesis of new derivatives of condensed and non-condensed nitrogen-, sulfur- and oxygen-containing heterocycles and research of their pharmacological action on living systems. Research methods: organic synthesis, physicochemical methods of analysis of synthesized substances (NMR spectroscopy on 1H and 13C nuclei, chromatography-mass spectroscopy, thin-layer chromatography), pharmacological screening, comparative and statistical data processing methods. Scientific novelty of the results: a number of new derivatives of nitrogen-, sulfur-, and oxygen-containing heterocycles have been synthesized, including compounds with arylisooxazole, di- or triazacyclopentaazulene, imidazopyridine, imidazotriazenine, 1,3-oxazole, 1,2,4- or 1,3,5- triazine, pyrazolothiazolidine, triazolotriazine, pyrimidinetrione and triazoloazepine cycles.
