Subjects: young children with nonrefluxing and refluxing megaureter treated with minimally invasive methods. Results: The criteria for choosing the tactics of treatment of various variants of NRMU, which are the degree of upper urinary tract dilatation (UUTD), the activity of the microbial inflammatory process and the assessment of the functional state of the kidney, taking into account the age-related anatomical features of the bladder in children of the first years of life, were determined; The role and possibility of using ureteral stenting in children with NRMU as a palliative temporary approach in the treatment of this defect are revealed; Indications for the use of ureteral stenting in children with NRMU are formulated depending on the degree of dilatation of the UUTD and the activity of the microbial inflammatory process; The data on the effectiveness of conservative and observation tactics of management of children with NRMU in the absence of microbial inflammation have been finalized; Based on the evaluation of the effectiveness of various options - conservative and observation, endoscopic stenting of the ureter in NRMU, endoscopic correction in RMU, ureterocystoneostomy, ureterocutaneostomy - the tentatively personalized tactics of treatment of various clinical variants of megoureter in children of the younger age group have been substantiated; The enzymatic features of the metabolic reaction of the tubular apparatus of the renal parenchyma depending on the degree of suppression of the urodynamics of the UUT and options for minimally invasive treatment of megoureter.
