The control group was 70 healthy individuals. It was shown that the value of the coronary calcium index (CCI) increases linearly with the number of coronary arteries affected by atherosclerosis. CCI ≥ 1000 units indicates multivessel atherosclerotic lesions of the coronary arteries and lesions of the left main artery. It was found that COVID-19 accelerates the process of calcium deposition in the coronary arteries. It was found that the level of soluble inflammatory factors has prognostic significance: a simultaneous increase in the blood of CRP, tumor necrosis factor α and interferon γ is associated with a direct total adverse effect on the prognosis for the development of MI and the progression of angina. It has been proven that the activity of the T-cell link of acquired immunity has prognostic significance: high initial levels of lymphocyte proliferation and their sensitization to arterial vessels contribute to the development of MI and the progression of angina pectoris. It has been established that the activity of the humoral link of acquired immunity has prognostic significance: high levels of antibodies to oxidized LDL, CIC and antibodies to arterial components have a cumulative adverse effect on the development of cardiovascular death. It has been proven that a simultaneous increase in pro-inflammatory CRP, a factor of humoral immunity - antibodies to components of the arterial wall and the phagocyte system (monocyte activity) is associated with a direct cumulative adverse effect on the prognosis of the development of a combined end event - cardiovascular death, MI and progression of angina pectoris. It has been shown that a high level of antibodies to SARS-CoV-2, in contrast to a low level, is accompanied by increased monocyte activity and suppression of T Product Description popup.authors Buhaienko Veniamin V.
