The purpose of the research: to determine the psychological and pedagogical factors of the development of the viability of individual and to develop the technology for forming the ability to life creation of modern man in conditions of unpredictable socio-economic changes. The research has been conducted in Donetsk Oblast. The residents of settlements which have been on the territories adjacent to the hostilities, or which are there so far are involved as respondents; persons who have been forced to leave the territory which are not controlled by Ukraine and to settle in a new place (the cities of Bakhmut, Kostyantynivka, Druzhkivka, Lyman, Kramatorsk, etc.). As a result of the deployment of military events in other territories of Ukraine in 2022-2023, the project's target groups have spread to other regions of the country. The integral concept of viability is considered not only as the ability of a person to adapt to conditions of uncertainty, but also to pour consciously into self-development, to spread the possibilities to reshape oneself, to influence constructively external social systems of a higher level. The scientific novelty of the study is the application of the latest system methodology based on the theory of hypercomplex dynamical systems Interdisciplinary system methodology allowed: 1) to model and describe the integral phenomenon of the research - human viability - as a combination of two components: vitality and life creation, 2) to consider the inclusion of a person in social systems of higher hierarchical levels as a potential resource for the vitality of an individual; 3) to develop a differentiated program to increase the viability of an individual in conditions of unpredictable socio-economic changes, a set of meaningful and organizational modules to form the necessary structure of the program, depending on a target group.
