Aim: to study the expression of immunoglobulin light chain genes in groups of CLL patients depending on radiation history, B-cell receptor stereotypy, and homology with antibodies against the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Methods: clinical, molecular-genetic (polymerase chain reaction, sequences of the reaction products), statistical. Equipment: Bio-RadC1000 thermal cycler (N10450137), dispensers. It was established that the expression of IGK/LV genes in the most represented major clusters of stereotyped receptors (#1, #2, #3С3, #4, #6, #28а) was in agree with the data of other authors. For cases of clusters #5b, #9D1, #9D4, #16, #50, #59, #77, differences were found. Firstly the expression of IGK/LV genes in 55 minor clusters was revealed. The spectrum of IGK/LV genes used in the main group of CLL patients and in the group of comparison was comparable. Nucleotide sequences of 33 CLL patients had homology of IGHV genes with antiviral antibodies, but expression of IGKV/LV genes differed. Sequences with antiviral homology, compared to others, were characterized by more frequent expression of mutated IGHV genes (p = 0.00015), IGHV genes of the third family (p = 0.00006), IGHV3-21 (p = 0.0019), IGHV3-11 (p = 0.0037), IGKV2-30 (p = 0.003) and IGLV3-21 (p = 0.000065) genes, while IGHV1-69 gene expression was determined extremely rarely (p = 0.00011). Field of application: radiobiology, hematology. Publications – 3 articles, 2 abstracts, participation in two seminars. Product Description popup.authors Abramenko Iryna V. Brychenko Volodymyr V.
