Work objective – individualization of radiation doses for residents of radioactively contaminated territories of Ukraine. Research methods – mathematical modeling, system analysis, computer programming, statistical data processing. The analysis of information received from the SRU in 2022–2023 was carried out, and the criteria for selecting of the registered in the SRU persons to the doses individualization subcohort were substantiated. The formed subcohort contains 101,595 people living in 866 settlements of Novograd-Volynskyi district of Zhytomyr oblast, Varaskyi district of Rivne oblast and Chernihivskyi district of Chernihiv oblast. The dynamics of the main radioecological parameters that affect to the radiation doses of Novograd-Volynskyi, Varaskyi and Chernihivskyi districts residents were studied. Ecological and dosimetric models of the individualized doses reconstruction for population of the studied districts were developed, including the exposure of residents of settlements with limited radioecological monitoring. Individualized doses were calculated for 101,595 people from the SRU. A database of radiation doses was formed, it structure is agreed upon the SRU. The average effective individualized dose accumulated over the 38-year period after the Chernobyl accident by adults registered in the SRU in Varaskyi district is 18 mSv, Novograd-Volynskyi – 3.8 mSv, Chernihivskyi – 4.1 mSv. The average thyroid radiation dose in 1986 was 220 mGy for individuals from Varaskyi district, 115 mGy and 350 mGy for individuals from Novograd-Volynskyi and Chernihivskyi districts, respectively. Methodological recommendations of the individualized radiation doses reconstruction for individuals from the SRU living in the studied districts have been developed.
