This may indicate a full-fledged antinociceptive protection against operative trauma at all applied types of anesthetic support. According to the results, both studied types of low-opioid anesthesia were not inferior to traditional classical multimodal general anesthesia with using standard doses of fentanyl. Studying indicators of water-electrolyte exchange was the next stage of investigating stress-induced changes in metabolism in response to surgical trauma during three studied types of general anesthesia in case of laparoscopic surgical interventions for kidneys.
