It highlighted the need for digitization at all levels of information provision, as well as a unified approach to its analysis and assessment. The study also emphasized the importance of evidence-based health protection measures and their preservation within the public health system of Ukraine. Additionally, it underscored the need for legal regulation of the medical speciality 229 "Public Health" in the national system of higher education in the field of knowledge 22 "Health Care". Moreover, the study identified methodical approaches to the development of professional competence of public health system specialists under advocacy mobilization, drawing on the experiences of European Union countries. It prioritized the creation of a unified medical space as a key component of the state's national policy, intending to ensure the safety of the environment and living conditions in the interests of the health and well-being of the entire society. The study also highlighted the importance of intersectoral cooperation as the leading organizational principle of the national public health system in coordinating the creation of state programs in the preventive direction.
