Subject of the study: managerial principles of the psychological service's activities in Ukraine's education system. Purpose of the study: to identify methods and approaches for modernizing the psychological service in the education system, both in methodological and managerial aspects, to enhance its effectiveness and ensure alignment with the new societal demands and ongoing educational reforms. Research methods: To accomplish the objectives of the study, the following methods were applied: Comparative and content analysis, generalization, systematization – to justify the relevance and determine the current development status of the research problem. Comparison, interpretation, and statistical analysis – to uncover the features of managerial activities within the psychological service in Ukraine's education system. Systematic analysis – to identify the essence, approaches, mechanisms, and tools involved in managing the activities of the psychological service. Statistical analysis and scientific extrapolation – to determine specific aspects of implementing managerial processes in the psychological service and to prepare statistical data and methodological recommendations. Tasks of the study: To achieve the stated purpose, the following tasks were set and completed: Identify the primary trends in the development of the psychological service in Ukraine's education system. Define optimal forms and methods for the training, retraining, and professional development of psychological service staff in the education system of Ukraine. Examine the state of psychological support provided to participants of the educational process during wartime in Ukraine. Implement a Unified Electronic Reporting System (UERS) for employees of the psychological service within Ukraine's education system. Summarize and formalize the results of the research.
