Organizational and pedagogical conditions for involving parents in the use of didactic opportunities of the digital environment in the education of early and preschool children have been developed and implemented as circumstances that ensured the effective development of early and preschool children in the digital educational environment of the preschool educational institution and the family; during the experimental work, innovations were worked out: the technology of methodological support for teachers and parents of early and preschool children in the digital educational environment; scientific and methodological support for teachers and parents of early and preschool children was selected as an effect of a set of interrelated methods and techniques that affect the use of didactic opportunities of the digital educational environment by parents for the development of children. The results of the study give reason to assert that changes occurring in parents' perception of the process of their child's development in the digital educational environment are possible due to the actions of organizational and pedagogical conditions, partnership interaction between teachers, parents, scientists in the digital educational environment of the early childhood education system, and the family.
