The obtained hydrogels have been characterized using IR spectroscopy. The swelling kinetics of the synthesized hydrogels have been studied using the gravimetric method and the influence caused by the nature and concentration of comonomers and the content of the crosslinking agent on the properties of hybrid hydrogels has been established. It has been demonstrated that physical crosslinking contributes to the reduction of environmental pollution by eliminating the use of the toxic chemical crosslinking agent methylene-bis-acrylamide Complex adsorption models for binary mixtures of nanoparticles of different sizes and shapes have been proposed and investigated. Using computer modeling, the regularities of the formation of conductive monolayer coatings consisting of mixtures of rod-shaped and spherical particles have been established. The diameter of the spherical particle d was fixed and coincided with the diameter of the rod, and the ratio of the rod length to its diameter varied in the range of 1-10. For the state of monolayer saturation, the behavior of the filling factor and the local parameter of orientation ordering of rod-shaped particles were investigated. The thickness of the critical shell around the particles, which corresponds to the transition of the coating to an electrically conductive state, was estimated. The biotechnology of obtaining an effective biogel nanocomposite for agricultural use and a method for relatively rapid assessment of the fertility/biosafety potential and aggregate formation of soils were developed and adapted. The efficiency of plant development in soil fertilized with silt sediments was also studied. Enrichment of the soil with silt sediments and other structure-forming agents increases the yield of the plant test crop by 3–6 times.
