The work developed models of the reflectivity of biomedical image surfaces, which provide high realism and color reproduction performance. Physically correct distribution functions of surface reflectivity were formed, the peculiarity of which is compliance with the law of conservation of energy during image formation. Analytical dependences of the specularity coefficient of human skin for different age groups were determined; determination of diagnostic features of morphological analysis of human images for plastic and reconstructive operations. A method of morphing 3-D human images for diagnostic tasks was developed, the formation of basic requirements for building an optoelectronic system using 3-D models and the development of software and hardware for forming images for plastic and reconstructive medicine tasks to improve medical diagnostics, treatment and rehabilitation of military personnel. The main feature of the development of methods for forming 3-D images of human geometric features for reconstructive and plastic medicine is the consideration of diagnostic features of morphological analysis of biomedical images for plastic and reconstructive surgeries and diagnostics of genetic diseases based on the analysis of visual properties of images, in particular, human faces.
