Technological processes were developed, specialized equipment for the production of gray cast iron castings SCh250/SCh300 DSTU 8833:2019 from gasified models, passed industrial testing and services for the supply of products for strategic and foundry enterprises of Ukraine were provided. The technology and processes for manufacturing new product samples were worked out according to the developed regulatory and technical and design documentation, the optimal modes of the technological process of casting according to gasified models were determined, pilot batches of cast products were manufactured, checked and tested for further testing and launch into serial production. Technologies for preparing industrial alloy AMg6 (1560) and experimental alloys in a vacuum MHD mixer and processes for obtaining hollow castings from them by centrifugal casting have been created. These technologies provide mechanical properties of cast billets from AMg6 alloy that are close to deformed products according to OST1 90113-86. Centrifugal technologies allow to increase by 3-4 times the plasticity of castings from Al-Mg system alloys compared to traditional casting methods and their suitability for further pressure processing. The feasibility of manufacturing filler wire from Al-Mg–PM–REM alloys for argon-arc welding with a non-consumable electrode has been shown. A centrifugal casting machine for shell billets with a diameter up to 350 mm and a length up to 800 mm has been manufactured with an adjustable speed of rotation of the casting mold up to 3000 rpm. Instructions for the installation and operation of that machine have been developed, as well as for the processes of preparing Al-Mg alloys in a vacuum MHD mixer and obtaining hollow castings from them by centrifugal casting.
