Purpose of the Study: Тo determine the socio-psychological regularities of the psychological mechanisms of pupils and student youth in the conditions of social changes. Methods of the Study: Тheoretical analysis and generalization of scientific literature data on the topic of research, classification, structural-functional modeling, surveys, psychodiagnostic methods, analysis of activity products. Theoretical and Practical Results: 1) the concept of the socio-psychological content of the psychological mechanisms of youth was developed; 2) socio-psychological signs and factors, the level of formation of psychological mechanisms of pupils and student youth in the conditions of socio-economic changes, are determined. Also, a program of purposeful provision of economic socialization of pupils and student youth has been developed, the main purpose of which is the development of psychological mechanisms of this process. Novelty: These technologies have been developed for the first time. Implementation Information: Тhe results of the scientific research were implemented in 4 higher education institutions and 2 secondary education institutions, 10 organizations. The results have been widely disseminated through materials presented at over 50 large-scale scientific and scientific-practical events and in 60 scientific articles, including 7 in English in journals indexed by Scopus and WoS.
