PATIENTS WITH MENTAL DISORDERS, COVID-19, STRESSORS OF THE SARS-COV-2 PANDEMIC, PSYCHOPATHOLOGICAL CONSEQUENCES, PATOPYSCHOLOGICAL CONSEQUENCES, THERAPY The object of the study is 263 patients with the first diagnosed mental disorders and a history of mental disorders who have had COVID-19 and were exposed to stressors of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. The purpose of the study is to determine the impact of the coronavirus disease COVID-19 and stressors of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic on the genesis and recurrence of mental disorders among the general population, development of a comprehensive therapy program. Research methods - clinical-psychopathological, psychometric (Montgomery-Asberg scale (MADRS), Hamilton scale (HАRS), questionnaire for assessing the level of anxiety (GAD-7), clinical general impression scale (CGI)), psychodiagnostic (multilevel personality questionnaire "Adaptability", methodology "Coping behavior in stressful situations" (CISS), methodology for diagnosing the level of social frustration, assessment of the integration indicator of quality of life) and methods of mathematical statistics. The results of the research allowed to identify the features of the complex pathogenic impact of the coronavirus disease COVID-19 and stressors of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic on patients with mental disorders and people without mental disorders, to determine the structure of psychogenic factors of the pandemic, to investigate the formation of psychopathological and pathopsychological consequences in this category of patients, to determine the mechanisms of formation and recurrence of mental disorders after COVID-19, and to develop a comprehensive therapy program (pharmaco- and psychotherapy).
