Research methods: analysis, generalization of research-relevant data, classification and systematization. Аt the third stage of the research, which dealt with research data generalization, the organizational and psychological conditions for promoting the psychological health and well-being of educational personnel in conditions of war and post-war recovery were substantiated. The main results of the research included: 1) a collective monograph, which summarized the theoretical and empirical results of the research in the form of a concept of technological support for the psychological health and well-being of educational personnel in war and post-war recovery and described 3 technologies for promoting the psychological health and well-being of educational personnel and internally and externally displaced persons, a large part of whom were educators, as well as 5 technologies for developing determinants of promoting the mental health and well-being of educational personnel in war and post-war recovery; 2) methodological recommendations for promoting the mental health of an individual in war conditions. Novelty: for the first time, the organizational and psychological conditions for promoting the mental health of educational personnel in war conditions were determined and a conceptual model of technological support for the psychological health and well-being of educational personnel in war and post-war recovery was developed and published.
